磨矿介质形状对铜硫浮选分离的影响

本文系统研究了段介质和球介质对黄铜矿和黄铁矿磨矿及浮选过程的影响.单矿物、混合矿及实际矿浮选结果表明,段介质可以提高黄铜矿和黄铁矿的浮选回收率,促进铜硫浮选分离.磨矿实验、粒度分布和扫描电镜结果表明,段介质可产生更多尺寸均一、具有棱角且伸长率较高的颗粒,选择性研磨粗颗粒和黄铁矿,有效避免黄铜矿过磨.X射线衍射分析结果表明,段介质能使黄铜矿暴露更多(112)面,使黄铁矿暴露较多(200)面.捕收剂与黄铜矿(112)面的作用能较黄铁矿(200)面更高,因此,段介质可强化黄铜矿和黄铁矿颗粒间的可浮性差异,改善铜硫浮选分离效果.本研究对通过优化磨矿作业条件强化矿物浮选分离提供一定指导意义.
In this paper,the effect of short cylinder and ball grinding media on the separation of chalcopyrite and pyrite was studied.The results of single,binary mixed and real ore mineral flotation indicate that the recovery and grade of chalcopyrite flotation are effectively promoted by using short cylinders.The results of grinding tests,particle size distribution and SEM reveal that short cylinders produce the angular and uniformly sized particles with larger values of elongation,which selectively grinding the coarse particle and pyrite,effectively avoiding the over-grinding of chalcopyrite.The results of XRD show that the short cylinders can expose more chalcopyrite(112)surfaces and some pyrite(200)surfaces.The adsorption energy between collectors and chalcopyrite(112)surfaces is higher than that of pyrite(200)surfaces.Thus,short cylinders can enhance the difference of floatability between chalcopyrite and pyrite particles and the separation efficiency of the two minerals.This study provides some guidance to enhance separation efficiency of minerals by optimizing the grinding process.
