增材制造金属晶格夹层结构研究现状与应用

金属晶格夹层结构具有优异的力、声、电、热综合性能.增材制造基于"离散+堆积"思想,层层堆叠制造,能够解放复杂金属晶格结构设计思路,为仿生设计和拓扑优化提供了更高的自由度,为后续开发出超轻、超强多功能晶格夹层结构提供了更多的可能.本文综述了增材制造金属晶格夹层结构的工艺,深入分析讨论了其结构设计、工艺优化、缺陷控制、性能调控和应用背景,总结了研究现状并展望了未来的发展前景.
Research and applications of metal lattice sandwich structure fabricated by additive manufacturing
The metal lattice sandwich structure has excellent mechanical,acoustic,electrical,and thermal comprehensive properties.Additive manufacturing is based on the idea of"discrete + stacking"and stacked layer by layer,which can liberate the design idea of complex metal lattice structure,provide a higher degree of freedom for bionic design and topology optimization,and provide more possibilities for the subsequent development of ultra-light and ultra-strong multi-functional lattice sandwich structures.In this paper,the process of additive manufacturing of metal lattice sandwich structures was reviewed.The structural design,process optimization,defect control,performance regulation,and application background were analyzed and discussed in depth.The existing research status was summarized,and the future development prospects were discussed.
