铝锂合金淬火敏感性的研究进展

铝锂合金具有低密度、高比强度、高比刚度及优良耐腐蚀性能,在航空航天领域获得了广泛的应用,但铝锂合金存在的淬火敏感性限制了其在大规格结构件上的应用.本文概括了国内外关于铝锂合金淬火敏感性的研究情况,介绍了淬火敏感性的研究方法,围绕合金元素、塑性变形和热处理工艺分析了影响淬火敏感性的因素,最后阐述了淬火过程中的组织演变及析出行为对铝锂合金时效后组织和性能的影响,并提出未来研究中值得进一步探索的难点、重点问题.
Research progress on quenching sensitivity of Al-Li alloy
Al-Li alloy has been widely used in the aerospace field due to its low density,high specific strength,high specific stiffness and excellent corrosion resistance.However,Al-Li alloy has certain quenching sensitivity,which limits its application in large-scale structural parts.In this paper,the research status of quenching sensitivity of Al-Li alloy in China and abroad was summarized.Firstly,the research methods of quenching sensitivity were introduced.The factors affecting quenching sensitivity were analyzed around alloying elements,plastic deformation and heat treatment process.Finally,the effects of microstructure evolution and precipitation behavior during quenching on aging microstructure and properties were expounded.The difficulties and key problems worthy of further exploration in future research were put forward.
