废镁合金再生利用研究进展

全球降碳趋势日益凸显,镁合金作为当下实际应用最轻的金属结构材料,在实现"碳中和"和"碳达峰"战略目标、缓解能源危机方面具有广阔的应用前景。随着镁合金产量稳步增长,不可避免产生了大量废料。这些废料包含有镁、稀土、锌、锆等多种有价资源,有必要加以回收从而减少资源浪费,促使镁行业绿色可持续发展。本文从镁合金废料的再生和再利用两方面出发,详细综述了镁合金废料再生方法与现状,归纳了各方法的技术指标及工艺特点;然后综述现阶段镁合金废料的再利用方向,介绍了废镁合金再利用的多种可能,并对镁合金废料再生利用技术的未来发展方向进行了展望。
Progress on recycling of waste magnesium alloys
The global trend of carbon reduction is becoming increasingly prominent.As the lightest metal structural material,magnesium alloy has broad prospects in achieving the strategic goals of"carbon neutrality"and"peak carbon dioxide emissions"and alleviating energy crisis.With the steady increase of magnesium alloy production,a large amount of waste is inevitably produced.These wastes contain a variety of valuable resources such as magnesium,rare earth,zinc,zirconium and so on,and it is necessary to recycle them to reduce resource waste and promote the green and sustainable development of the magnesium industry.In this paper,the regeneration and reuse of magnesium alloy waste were discussed.The methods and status of magnesium alloy waste recycling were reviewed in detail,and the technical indexes and process characteristics of each method were summarized.And then,the current recycling directions of magnesium alloy waste was reviewed,the possibility of recycling magnesium alloy waste was introduced,and the future development direction of magnesium alloy waste recycling was prospected.
