高熵合金是一种新型多主元合金材料,因各方面独特的性能而受到广泛关注,其耐腐蚀性能方面也展现出巨大的潜力。本文结合最新研究动态,系统总结了合金元素、相结构及微观缺陷对CoCrFeNi系高熵合金耐腐蚀性能的影响;探讨了具有不同微观结构特征的高熵合金的腐蚀机制;并从室温及高温下不同腐蚀介质中的应用出发,阐述了CoCrFeNi系高熵合金在各领域的广阔应用前景。最后,总结了CoCrFeNi系高熵合金耐腐蚀性能的研究,并对其研究发展趋势进行了展望。
Research progress on corrosion resistance of CoCrFeNi-based high entropy alloys
High entropy alloys as a new type of multi-principal element alloy materials,have attracted extensive attention due to their unique properties,and exhibit great potential in corrosion resistance. This article systematically summarizes the effects of alloying elements,phase structure and microscopic defects on the corrosion resistance of CoCrFeNi-based high entropy alloys based on the latest research trends. It elaborates the corrosion mechanism of CoCrFeNi-based high entropy alloys from the view of different microstructure characteristics. Based on the applications in different corrosive media at room temperature and high temperature,the broad applications prospects of CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloys in various fields are illustrated. Finally,the review and propose of the research trend on the corrosion resistance of CoCrFeNi-based highentropy alloys were summarized.
