微流控是对微尺度下的流体流动进行操控的技术.利用微流控技术生成的液滴具有单分散性好、大小均匀、内部稳定、体积小、通量高等特性,被广泛应用于生物传感、化学合成、食品加工、药物筛选、航天医学、环境监测等领域.微流控技术涉及许多方面,本文主要综述液滴生成方法的研究,概述了液滴生成的主动法和被动法,并对被动法中微通道的设计进行了详细的描述,总结了近年来微流控技术在生物传感、航天医学、环境检测领域的最新进展,探讨了微流控技术在各方面的发展趋势,并对其未来应用前景进行了初步讨论.
Microfluidics is the technology of manipulating fluid flow at the microscale.The droplets generated by microfluidics technology have the characteristics of good monodispersity,uniform size,internal stability,small volume,and high flux,and are widely used in fields such as biosensing,chemical synthesis,food processing,drug screening,aerospace medicine,and environmental monitoring.Microfluidics technology involves many aspects.In this paper,the research on droplet generation methods were mainly reviewed,the active and passive methods of droplet generation were outlined in microchannel and the design of microchannelsin the passive method was described in detail.It summarized the latest progress of microfluidics technology in the fields of biosensing,aerospace medicine,and environmental detection in recent years,and explored the development trends of microfluidic technology technology in various aspects,and preliminary discussions were conducted on its future application prospects.
