打印/印刷数字水印测试图像库构建及应用研究

摘要
目前的数字水印算法测试大多只使用个别经典图像对水印质量进行评价,没有考虑不同类别、不同图像复杂度对水印性能产生的影响.本研究将图像分为饱和、暗调、亮调、人物、风景记忆色和中性灰六类,采用灰度共生矩阵算法将每类图像分为低(0~1.1)、中(1.1~1.2)和高(1.2以上)三种复杂度,构建了包含356幅标准图像的打印/印刷数字水印测试图像库;用DCT域水印算法测试并对水印质量进行评价.实验结果表明,图像复杂度越高,透明性越好,SROCC达到了0.926;饱和类图像在人眼视觉效果最好,但模拟打印攻击时鲁棒性最差;像素压缩攻击时,中复杂度图像鲁棒性最好;其他攻击下,图像复杂度越高,鲁棒性越好,SROCC大于0.714.可见,图像复杂度和图像分类会对数字水印性能评价产生影响,本研究所建图像库有利于优化图像算法,完善数字水印评价体系.
Abstract
At present,most digital watermarking algorithm tests only use individual classic images to evaluate the quality of the watermark,without considering the impact of different categories and image complexity on watermark performance.In this study,the images were divided into six categories:saturation,dark tone,bright tone,character,landscape memory color,and neutral gray.Based on the gray level co-occurrence matrix algorithm,each type of images were divided into three types of complexity:low(0-1.1),medium(1.1-1.2),and high(above 1.2).A printing digital watermark test image library containing 356 standard images was constructed.The DCT domain watermark algorithm was used to test and evaluate the quality of the watermark.The experimental results showed that the higher the complexity of the image,the better the transparency,which SROCC reaching 0.926;saturated images have the best performance in human visual perception,but have the worst robustness when simulating printing attacks;with attacking pixel compression,the robustness of images with medium complexity is the best;under other attacks,the higher the complexity of the image,the better the robustness,which SROCC greater than 0.714.It proved that the image complexity and image classification will have an impact on the performance evaluation of digital watermarks.This image library is conducive to optimizing algorithms for images and improving the evaluation system of digital watermarks.
