蜂窝纸箱替代瓦楞纸箱的可行性研究

摘要
为了评价蜂窝纸箱在运输包装上替代瓦楞纸箱的可行性,解决瓦楞纸箱成本高、夹抱变形、堆码鼓包等问题,本研究在温度40℃和相对湿度90%的潮态工况下,对两种纸板及其纸箱制品的含水率、挺度、抗弯曲强度、抗压强度等性能进行了测试.测试结果表明,在潮态工况下同厚度蜂窝纸板与瓦楞纸板相比含水率更低,纵向挺度提高了4.6倍,平压强度提高了1.8倍;同尺寸蜂窝纸箱与瓦楞纸箱相比其抗压强度保持更稳定,成本更低,能满足热水器产品实际长途运输要求.并且在相同使用工况下,蜂窝纸板的抗弯曲性及纸箱的抗压稳定性均优于瓦楞纸板及纸箱,故在实际包装应用时,蜂窝纸板除了具有内衬缓冲功能外,还适用于运输包装外箱.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of honeycomb carton to replace corrugated carton for transportation packaging,and to solve the problems of high cost,clamping deformation,stacking and bulging of corrugated carton.In this study,the water absorption,deflection,bending strength and compressive strength of two kinds of cardboards and their carton products were tested under the tidal conditions of temperature of 40°C and relative humidity of 90%.The test results showed that the honeycomb cardboard of the same thickness has a lower water absorption change rate compared with corrugated cardboard,the longitudinal deflection is increased by 4.6 times,and the flat compressive strength is increased by 1.8 times under the tidal working condition.Under the same working conditions,the bending strength of honeycomb cardboard and the compressive stability of cartons were better than corrugated cardboard and cartons.So in the actual packaging application,honeycomb cardboard can be used for transport.
