摘要

以某型号卷筒纸折页机传动系统的传动齿轮为研究对象,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立了一对齿轮副啮合的有限元动力学模型,选取小齿轮受拉侧某轮齿的齿根处为危险点,得到其弯曲应力-时间历程;利用基于功率密度的疲劳分析方法对小齿轮进行疲劳寿命预测,计算得到危险点的疲劳寿命为12123.5h.该方法同时考虑应力幅值和频率两个因素对疲劳的影响,与基于Miner损伤理论和名义应力法分析得到的疲劳寿命27974h相比,计算精度更高、更接近实际工作寿命(10800h).该研究为折页机传动系统的疲劳寿命预测提供了更符合实际的分析方法.

Abstract

Taking the transmission gear of a certain type of web folding machine transmission system as the research object,the finite element dynamics model of a pair of gears meshing was established by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,and a tooth root on the tensile side of the pinion was selected as the danger point to obtain its bending stress-time history.The fatigue life of the pinion was predicted by the fatigue analysis method based on power density,and the fatigue life of the dangerous point was calculated to be 12123.5h.The power density method considered the effects of stress amplitude and frequency on fatigue at the same time,comparing to the fatigue life of 27974h obtained by analysis based on Miner damage theory and nominal stress method,the calculation result was more accurate and closer to the actual working life(10800h).This study provided a more realistic analysis method for the fatigue life prediction of the folding machine's transmission system.
