海藻酸钠/MOFs复合微球制备及其在印染废水中的应用

摘要
印染废水是纺织行业的主要污染源之一,其中含有大量难以生物降解的有机物,如染料、助剂、表面活性剂等,它们使水的色度、化学需氧量(COD)、生化需氧量(BOD)超标,影响水质和水生态环境.目前,开发高效、绿色的复合吸附材料以用于印染废水中污染物的去除,是印染废水综合处理研究的热点.本研究以海藻酸钠(SA)和2-甲基咪唑分子筛骨架为原料,通过浸渍法制备了SA/ZIF-8微球,并进行了扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变化红外光谱(FTIR)、BET比表面积表征测试.SEM图像证实,SA有效地包覆了ZIF-8的立方体结构,确保微球对于污染物有良好的去除性能;吸附实验结果表明,在碱性条件下,吸附剂的吸附时间为180min,染料去除率为96%.因此,SA/ZIF-8复合微球具有去除废水中染料的潜力,可应用于水污染治理.
Abstract
Printing and dyeing wastewater is one of the main sources of pollution in the textile industry,which contains a large number of difficult biodegradable organic matter,such as dyes,additives,surfactants,etc.,they cause the chromaticity,chemical oxygen demand(COD)and biochemical oxygen demand(BOD)of water exceed the standard,affecting the water quality and water ecological environment.At present,the development of efficient and green composite adsorption materials for the removal of pollutants in printing and dyeing wastewater is a hot topic in the comprehensive treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.In this study,SA/ZIF-8 microspheres were prepared by impregnation with sodium alginate(SA)and 2-methylimidazole molecular sieve framework,and the specific surface area of SA/ZIF-8 microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and BET.SEM images confirmed that SA effectively covered the cube structure of ZIF-8,which ensured the good removal performance of the microsphere for pollutants.The results of adsorption experiment showed that the adsorption time of adsorbent is 180 min and the dye removal rate is 96%under alkaline condition.Therefore,SA/ZIF-8 composite microspheres have the potential to remove dyes from wastewater and can be applied to water pollution treatment.
