摘要
光场成像是一类新型的成像技术.作为光场成像技术的重要组成部分,莫尔成像薄膜以其优异的三维和动态成像特性,近年来引起人们的广泛关注.本文综述了莫尔成像薄膜的研究和应用进展,主要介绍了莫尔成像薄膜的成像原理,给出了莫尔成像薄膜中人们最为关注的放大倍率、取向角、立体景深和动感参数的基本原理和计算公式.进一步地,讨论了大幅面微透镜阵列模具的制备技术、分辨率大于8000dpi的纳米印刷技术和对准微纳压印技术.最后讨论了莫尔成像技术的未来发展机会和挑战,为莫尔成像薄膜未来在安全防伪、动态显示等方向的应用提供了借鉴.
Abstract
Light field imaging is an emerging technology.Recently,moiré imaging film has become an important component of light field imaging technique.It has gained immense popularity due to its outstanding three-dimensional and dynamic imaging characteristics.In this paper,the state-of-art progress in research and application of the thin moiré imaging film was reported.By combining the micro-lens and micro-pattern arrays,the several visual effects such as three-dimensional and motion effects could be realized based on the moiré phenomenon.The working principle of producing three-dimensional and kinetic effects was given,such as the magnified factor,the orientation angle,the field depth and the dynamic parameters of the moiré image.The fabrication method of the imprinting mold of the microlens array on a large format substrate was introduced.Furthermore,the micro/nano-imprinting technique with high alignment precision and the printing technique with a resolution of more than 8000 dpi was especially demonstrated.Last but not least,the opportunity and challenge of the moiré imaging magnifier were discussed,which provides insight for the future applications of moiré imaging film in fields such as security anti-counterfeiting and dynamic display.
