摘要
人才是发展新质生产力的根基,分类培养是研究生教育的重大举措,印刷包装产业的高质量发展提出了创新型、应用型人才新需求.本文基于对专业学位研究生培养中问题的分析,结合自身的探索与实践,提出了搭建"三层级"资源平台,建立"三段进阶式"新模式,构建"三位一体"的新机制,从产教融合、协同育人角度提出印刷专业学位研究生培养的举措和方法,为推动印刷专业学位研究生培养模式改革提供了新思路.
Abstract
Talent is the foundation for the development of new productive forces,and classified training is a significant measure in graduate education.The high-quality development of the printing and packaging industry has introduced new demands for innovative and application-oriented talents.In this study,based on an analysis of issues in the training of professional degree graduate students and combined with its own exploration and practice,the establishment of a"three-tie"resource platform,the establishment of a"three-stage progressive"new model,and the construction of a"trinity"new mechanism were proposed.The measures and methods were put forward for the training of graduate students in printing from the perspective of integrating industry and education,and collaborative education.It will provide the new ideas for promoting the reform of the training model for professional degree graduate students in printing.
