摘要

针对印刷包装行业研究生分类培养存在的同质化问题,本文探讨了"科产竞教"多协同融合的差异化研究生培养模式.首先分析了研究生分类培养中存在的问题,明确了差异化的"科产竞教"融合目标,并建立了专业型和学术型研究生培养机制.其次,通过设计多维度加权考核评价体系,实现了专业型和学术型研究生的差异化考核要求.这种差异化培养模式为印刷包装行业培养更加适应市场需求、具备丰富实践经验和创新能力的高端人才提供了一种新途径.

Abstract

In order to address the issue of homogeneity in graduate education in the printing and packaging industry,the differentiated graduate education model with"science-production-competition-education"through multi-collaborative integration was discussed in this paper.Firstly,the problems existing in the graduate education classification were analyzed,the differentiated integration goal of"science-production-competition-education"was clarified and the mechanism for training professional and academic degrees graduate students was established.Secondly,by designing a multi-dimensional weighted assessment and evaluation system,the differentiated assessment requirements for two types of graduate students were achieved.This differentiated training model provides a new approach for cultivating high-end talent in the printing and packaging industry who can better adapt to market demands,with rich practical experience and strong innovative capabilities.
