The classified training of postgraduate education can accurately connect with social needs,pay attention to the differentiated development of students,and enhance the flexibility and pertinence of personnel training.However,in the process of postgraduate training,there are some problems between academic and professional degree postgraduate,such as cognitive mistakes,poor quality of students,homogenization of personnel training mode,imperfect tutor team,and defective evaluation mechanism.To solve this development dilemma,the innovative path of high-quality development was explored for postgraduate education in China from the aspects of clarifying the orientation of personnel training,attaching importance to the enrollment and selection mechanism,building a diversified personnel training mode,improving the construction of tutor teams,and optimizing the assessment and evaluation mechanism.
