如何提升专业学位研究生实践创新能力以及如何将专业学位研究生培养质量与产业发展相匹配,是专业学位研究生教育亟待解决的问题.本文以天津科技大学二级学科印刷工程为例,对其依托印刷行业资源在产教深度融合方面的探索与实践进行阐述.以服务产业特色学科群建设为支撑,夯实了产教融合基础;通过校企联合科研平台建设,促进了产教的深度融合;基于产教深度融合,打造了高水平的专业学位导师队伍,培养了适应印刷行业发展的高质量实践创新型人才.
How to improve the practical and innovative quality for professional degree graduate students and how to match the talent quality with the industrial development are an urgent problem to be solved in professional degree graduate education.Takeing the second-level discipline printing engineering of Tianjin University of Science and Technology as an example,its exploration and practice in the deep integration of industry and education by relying on the resources of the printing industry was expounded in this paper.Supported by the construction of discipline clusters featuring service industries,the foundation of integration of industry and education has been strengthened.Through the construction of joint scientific research platforms between universities and enterprises,the deep integration of industry and education has been promoted.Based on the deep integration of industry and education,a high-level professional degree supervisory team has been created,and high-quality practical and innovative talents adapted to the development of the printing industry have been cultivated.
