It is of great significance to promote the development of postgraduate education classification in depth for building a high-quality education system as well as accelerating the construction of a strong country in education,science and technology,and talents.Currently,the cultivation of master's degree students in light and chemical engineering is facing challenges such as irrational curriculum system,imperfect dual tutor collaborative mechanism,and unscientific evaluation of cultivation quality.To meet with these challenges,the researcher proposed a"3+3+4"school-institute-enterprise collaborative cultivation model based on practical ability.The model aimed to improve the practical innovation ability of postgraduates in an all-round way through progressive ability cultivation in stages,construction of multiple innovation and practice platforms,and deepening the tripartite cooperation among universities,colleges and enterprises.The model is dedicated to cultivating high-level talents in the field of light and chemical engineering with innovative spirit and application ability,in order to meet the needs of local economic and social development,to promote the classification development of professional degree master education,and to further improve the overall quality of professional master education.
