Based on the"1+3+4"industrial system in Tianjin and the needs of iterative upgrading of the packaging industry under regional economic innovative development,a new model for cultivating innovative talents for professional degree graduate students was explored.The education chain,talent chain,innovation chain,and industrial chain were connected and deeply integrated,to cultivate high-level composite innovative talents with solid professional knowledge,strong practical skills,strong innovation ability,and engineering thinking.The engineering education concept of"student-centered,output oriented,and continuous improvement"ran through the training process of graduate students."Introducing enterprises into schools"jointly built a school enterprise platform,"Introducing enterprises into courses"jointly taught with schools and enterprises,"Introducing enterprises into teacher team"dual teacher guided,and"Introducing enterprises into research"jointly carried out school enterprise projects,thus deeply integrating the practical abilities of professional degree graduate students.At the same time,a diversified dual mentor team with high theoretical level and strong production and practical ability will be formed by the university teachers entering the enterprises to enhance practical experience and hiring various enterprise technical experts.Under regional economic innovative development of Tianjin,the deep integration of industries and universities can create composite professional degree graduate innovative talents that meet the needs of regional economic development.This can effectively solve the shortage of high skilled talents in enterprises and the weak foundation of scientific and technological innovation,providing strong impetus for regional economic development.
