分类培养背景下印刷包装类研究生双创教育模式探索与实践

Exploration and Implementation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Model for the Postgraduates Majoring in Printing and Packaging Field under the Context of Classified Cultivation

当前,印刷包装行业正在加速转型升级,急需科研素养高、实践应用能力强的创新创业人才,因此加强和提升印刷包装类研究生培养迫在眉睫.本文通过分析研究生分类培养和双创教育中存在的问题,重构基于OBE的跨平台双创融合的研究生培养教学体系,提出多方参与的阶段式双创教育模式,综合提升研究生的实践应用和创新创业能力.调查研究结果显示,双创教育模式能显著提升学术型和专业型研究生培养质量.本文为印刷包装研究生教育提供了一定的实践参考.
At present,the printing and packaging industry is transforming and upgrading.The imperative for cultivating graduates with a flair for innovation and entrepreneurship,underpinned by scholarly research insight and practical application skills,has never been more pronounced.Consequently,the fortification and refinement of postgraduate education within this sector have emerged as paramount.In this paper,the postgraduate education issues were analyzed under the classified cultivation model and innovation and entrepreneurship education.The teaching system of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship across multiple platforms based on OBE framework was reconstructed.A multi-participatory stage mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education was proposed to comprehensively elevate postgraduates'practical,innovative,and entrepreneurial skill sets.The results showed that the training quality of academic and professional postgraduates has been significantly improved based on innovation and entrepreneurship education model.It provides a certain practical reference for the postgraduate education of printing and packaging.
