新质生产力视域下双创教育赋能印包类专业学位研究生实践能力提升探析

摘要
新质生产力的出现对于当下印包企业面向未来发展提出了挑战,而企业数字化、绿色化、智能化的转型对于行业高端应用人才也提出更高要求.本文分析了在新质生产力视域下创新创业教育赋能专业学位研究生的必要性及存在问题.结合陕西科技大学创新创业教育和专业学位研究生培养现状,提出印包类专业学位研究生创新创业能力提升的实践路径,解决了专业学位研究生定位"同化"、创新创业教育课程体系"类同"和双创教育资源"匮乏"等问题,为印包行业高素质应用性人才培养提供参考.
Abstract
The introduction of new-quality productivity has posed challenges for packaging and printing enterprises in their future development.The transformation of enterprises towards greenization,digitalization,and intelligentized has also placed higher demands on high-end application talents in the industry.In this paper,the necessity and existing problems of empowering professional degree postgraduates with innovation and entrepreneurship education were analyzed from the perspective of new-quality productivity.Combining the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional degree postgraduate training at Xi'an University of Science and Technology,the practical paths were proposed to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of professional degree postgraduates in packaging and printing.It addressed issues such as the"homogenization"of professional degree postgraduates'positioning,the"similarity"of innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum systems,and the"scarcity"of resources for innovation and entrepreneurship education.It will provide a reference for cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents in the packaging and printing industry.
