Driven by the national strategic deployment and market demand,the importance of the classified development of graduate education is becoming more and more prominent.Based on the classified training mode of graduate students,the current situation of the graduate training of digital media majors was analysed in this papar.The problems of the mismatch between the teaching concept of the existing digital media major and the needs of times,the mismatch between the curriculum system and the training objectives,the relatively single educational background of the recruitment students,and the lack of long-term mechanism for the cooperation between industry-university-research-application were expounded.Then,the target of constructing the innovative training goal of digital media major under the classified training,the strategy of employment needs of digital media industry,cultivate diversified international teachers and strengthen the innovation of industry-university-research-application collaborative training system were present.This study combined with the practice of innovative synergistic ability cultivation in the digital media major of Changsha University of Science and Technology,it provides a reference for cultivating high-level digital media major graduate students under the classification training.
