校企联动是高等教育中的一种人才培养模式,基于该模式加强专业学位研究生实践创新能力培养,有利于学校与科研机构或工业企业之间资源的共享,不断提升学生的就业竞争力、拓宽其就业渠道.然而,实践过程中发现,现阶段专业学位研究生培养仍存在诸多问题,限制了高水平专业学位研究生的培养.为此,相关专业需要基于多维度视角,合理制定人才培养目标与办学定位,不断优化实践教学与毕业设计,基于实际情况对制度体系与管理机制进行改革创新,同时推动课内外知识体系与校内外实践环境的深度融合,为实践创新型专业学位研究生培养提供保障.
The university-enterprise cooperation is one of the talent training modes in higher education.Strengthening the training practice and innovation ability of professional degree postgraduate based on this mode is conducive to share the resources between universities and scientific research institutions or industrial enterprises,which can constantly improve students'employment competitiveness and broaden their employment channels.However,in the course of practice,it is found that there are still many problems in the process of professional master cultivation,which limits the training of high-level professional degree postgraduate.Therefore,the relevant majors need to reasonably formulate talent training objectives and educational orientations and constantly optimize the practical teaching and graduation design from a multi-dimensional perspective,reform and innovate the institutional system and management mechanism and promote the deep integration of knowledge systems inside and outside the class and practice environment inside and outside the school based on the actual situation.It will provide guarantees for the practical and innovative professional degree postgraduate training.
