新工科视域下包装工程研究生创新实践平台建设与探索

Construction and Exploration of Innovation Practice Platform for Packaging Engineering Postgraduate Students under the Perspective of New Engineering

在研究生培养过程中,要高质量推进研究生教育分类发展,就要充分发挥实验平台的积极作用,多元化提升研究生的工程实践能力和创新能力.本研究以天津科技大学包装工程专业为例,阐述了研究生分类培养创新实践平台的建设目标和思路、建设内容和成效,及今后努力措施.通过培育多元化实践导师团队、打造高品质科研团队和公共平台实验室、构建多元化产教融合实践平台和高水平科技竞赛创新平台、创设虚实结合创新实验、升级实验室智能管理系统等积极有效的措施,提升研究生的工程实践能力和创新能力,为培养包装工程高层次人才奠定了坚实基础.
In the process of postgraduate education,in order to promote classified development of postgraduate education,it is necessary to give full play to the positive role of the experimental platform and improve the engineering practice ability and innovation ability of graduate students in a diversified way.In this study,taking packaging engineering in Tianjin University of Science and Technology as an example,the construction objectives and ideas,construction content and effectiveness,and future measures of the innovative practice platform for postgraduate students classified training were introduced.A series of diversified team of practical tutors was cultivated.A series of high-quality scientific research teams and public platform laboratories were created.A diversified industry-education integration practice platform and a high-level technology competition innovation platform were built.The innovative experiments combining virtual and real elements were established,and the laboratory intelligent management methods was upgraded.These measures will improve the engineering practice ability and innovation ability of postgraduate students,and lay a solid foundation for cultivating high-level talents of packaging engineering.
