制浆造纸工程专业研究生分类培养模式下课程考核方式的改革与实践

为适应社会对于印刷、包装及数字媒体人才的能力要求,深入推进研究生分类培养势在必行,而课程考核方式改革是落脚点和出发点之一.OBE理念重视对人才创新和应用能力的培养,然而在研究生课程中的应用较少.鉴于此,本文围绕学术型专业——制浆造纸工程研究生培养,将OBE理念引入"制浆造纸专业英语"课程考核中,将过程性评价和终结性考核有机结合,基于定性评价与定量评价对课程目标达成度进行分析.研究表明,OBE模式赋予了学生更大的自主性,增进学生对课程的认同感,同时激发其主观能动性,培养其创造力和协作能力,提升考试成绩和考核效果.本文为研究生分类培养模式下课程考核方式的改革提供一条可供借鉴的路径,有助于推动印刷、包装及数字媒体相关专业研究生分类培养模式的建设.
To adapt to the ability requirements of society to the talents in printing,packaging and digital media fields,it is necessary to deeply promote the categorized cultivation of postgraduates,and the reform of the course assessment method is one of the anchor points and starting points.The OBE concept attaches importance to the cultivation of innovation and application ability of cultivated objects,but it has been less applied in postgraduate courses.So,in this study,taking the categorized cultivation of postgraduates in the academic major of pulp and paper engineering as the research object,and the OBE concept was introduced into the assessment of"Pulp and Paper Professional English"course,combined the process evaluation and termination assessment,the degree of achievement of the course objectives was analyzed with the qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.The results showed that the OBE model gave students greater autonomy,the sense of course identity was enhanced,the subjective initiative enhanced,creativity and collaboration were cultivated,and the test scores and assessment effects were improved.It can provide a pathway for the reform of course assessment mode,and promote the construction of postgraduate classified training mode for printing,packaging,digital media and the related majors.
