面向印刷装备领域的专业学位研究生培养质量保障体系建设

针对材料与化工专业印刷设备及自动化方向专业学位研究生培养过程中存在的产教融合不充分、双导师制落实不足、实践能力缺乏等问题,本文以深化产教融合为抓手,重点从改革材料与化工专业学位研究生培养模式、完善专业学位研究生培养双导师机制、构建产教融合多维实践能力培养平台三方面建设专业学位研究生培养质量保障体系,为培育满足印刷装备产业需求侧要求的高端研究型技术人才奠定基础,对研究生分类培养模式下印刷包装领域专业学位培养方案优化具有借鉴价值.
In the field of printing equipment,there are some issues in the cultivation process of postgraduates with degrees in materials and chemical engineering,such as insufficient integration of production and education,inadequate implementation of the dual mentor system,and lack of practical abilities.To address these issues,this paper focused on deepening the integration of production and education.A quality assurance system was established for the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates,mainly including reforming the cultivation model of postgraduates in materials and chemical engineering,improving the dual mentor mechanism for the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates,and constructing a multi-dimensional practical teaching platform for the integration of production and education.The main purpose of this paper was to lay the foundation for cultivating high-end research-oriented technical talents that meet the demand of the printing equipment industry.The proposed construction ideas of the quality assurance system for professional degree postgraduate education have reference value for optimizing the education program in printing and packaging fields under the mode of classified postgraduates education.
