Under the classified training mode,the tutor is not only an important guide for the academic study and research work of postgraduate students,but also a transmitter of academic ideas,skills and experience,which is closely related to the education quality and future development of postgraduate students.Strengthening the construction of the tutor team and equipping two types of postgraduate with high-quality teachers according to the training needs can meet the fundamental requirement for fostering virtue and improve the overall quality of postgraduate education,as well as provide guarantee for the coordinated development of academic and professional postgraduate students.However,in the process of the classified training mode,there were some problems in the construction of the postgraduate tutor team,such as the low level of the construction of the teacher's ethics,the ambiguity of the selection mechanism,the unclear assignment of responsibilities,and the lack of an assessment mechanism,which seriously restrict the high-quality development of postgraduate education.To this end,the need for classified training was studied and the construction of postgraduate tutors'ethics was paid attention.Strict selection,responsibility,assessment and incentive systems were established from the connection and difference between academic and professional postgraduate students.It builds an institutionalized and systematic team of graduate tutors,and escorts the high-quality development of postgraduate education.
