摘要

测井作业是油气田勘探开发过程中的重要环节,熟悉测井作业过程是相关工科专业学生的必备教学环节.但由于各种原因,导致目前学生很难有机会去油田现场进行测井作业过程的生产实习.本研究首先利用3D MAX软件建立了井场设备和井场环境的模型;依据常规测井流程,运用虚化引擎软件制作了测井仪器工作原理及测井作业操作流程的3D动画;利用虚拟现实技术还原了井场环境,模拟了测井人员的工作过程.最后利用现场的测井数据,调用测井解释软件,绘制了测井解释曲线,实现了对储层的评价.该系统为生产实习提供了一种沉浸式模拟教学手段.

Abstract

Logging operations are an important part of the oil and gas field exploration and development process,and familiarity with the logging process is an essential teaching component for students of related engineering disciplines.However,due to various reasons,it is difficult for students to have the opportunity to go to the oil field site for production practice of logging operation process.In this study,3D MAX software was used to build a model of the well site equipments and environment.Based on the conventional logging process,3D animation of the working principles of downhole instruments and the process of logging operation was created by using the virtualization engine software.Virtual reality technology was used to restore the well site environment and simulate the working process of logging personnel.Finally,the logging data from the site was used to invoke the logging interpretation software to draw the logging interpretation curve and realize the evaluation of the reservoir.The system provides an immersive teaching tool for production practice.
