With the acceleration of the aging process in China,it is a hot research issue in elderly-oriented design to deeply understand the aging needs of elderly users for internet medical Apps,and to construct design strategies that meet the physiological needs,psychological expectations,and behavioral habits of the elderly and are applicable to different internet medical application scenarios.In this study,a questionnaire based on the Kano model along and the interview method were adopted.It successfully concluded 24 key attributes of demand,which through hierarchical analysis,mixed class analysis,and Better-Worse coefficient analysis.It obtained the elderly-oriented design strategy composed of three aspects of the physiological model,psychological model,and interactive behavior model of the elderly users,which was of great significance in promoting internet enterprises to design and develop senior-friendly medical Apps that fit Chinese aging society,especially the real needs of elderly-oriented reform.
