基于UG二次开发的多材料零件3D打印建模方法研究

随着制造业的不断创新与改进,多材料三维(Three-Dimensions,3D)打印工艺的重要性日益显现,多材料建模技术是3D打印工艺的核心模块.本研究提出一种基于UG二次开发的多材料3D打印建模方法.首先利用现有3D建模软件UG(Unigraphics NX)创建待打印零件的3D模型,通过包围盒原理及交集算法,对3D模型所处的材料空间微分化;其次通过UG对其单个或局部小立方体添加颜色,将颜色信息通过材料颜色映射表映射为材料信息,输出多材料模型文件;最后将3D模型导入材料空间,打印出满足功能要求与外观要求的多材料零件.该建模方法可为多材料3D打印建模技术研究提供参考.
With the continuous innovation and improvement of the manufacturing industry,the importance of the multi-material 3D printing process is becoming more and more obvious.The multi-material modeling technology is the core module of the 3D printing process.A multi-material 3D printing modeling method based on the secondary development of UG was proposed in this study.First of all,the existing 3D modeling software UG(Unigraphics NX)was used to create a 3D model of the parts to be printed.By using the enclosing box principles and intersection algorithms,the material space micro-differentiation of the 3D model was achieved.Secondly,UG was selected to add color to its single or local small cubes.The color information through the color material mapping table mapped to the material information and output multi material model text file.Finally,the 3D model was imported into the material space,and the multi-material parts that meet the functional and appearance requirements were printed.This modeling method can provide reference for the research of multi-material 3D printing modeling technology.
