Biaxially oriented polypropylene(BOPP),as a type of packaging film,has been widely used in the field of cigarette packaging.In this study,by setting standard environment and 4 non-standard environments,different types of tobacco BOPP film were treated in detail,and the influence trend and degree of environmental temperature and humidity on the four kinds of machine adaptability of BOPP packaging film,including friction performance,heat sealing performance,thermal shrinkage performance and mechanical properties were clarified.What's more,the degradation mechanism of BOPP film under abnormal temperature and humidity was verified by theoretical calculation and molecular dynamics simulation.The results showed that it can be seen that the adaptability of cigarette BOPP film on the machine is greatly affected by environmental temperature and humidity.Therefore,abnormal temperature and humidity should be avoided as much as possible during storage and transportation,and a stable standard environment should be maintained before performance testing and machine winding and packaging.This study has a great significance for enterprises to improve efficiency and quality control.
