The digitization of artworks not only promotes cultural dissemination and exchange but also extends the value of artworks and creates business opportunities through value-added applications.However,digital image transaction has centered around traditional trading models in the past,primarily governed by collective management authorization.The advancements in digital technology and the development of the Internet of Things have propelled information sharing throughout society,impacting the essence of intellectual property as a"private right"and blurring the boundaries among rights holders,users,and intermediaries in traditional transactions.This has led to a trend of copyright authorization transactions that cater to individuals.This study aims to establish a digital image authorization trading platform for artworks tailored to individuals.Firstly,focusing on copyright which may be involved in digital image authorization transactions,the challenges of value-added utilization of copyright in a digital environment was explored,as well as the emergence of new copyright authorization models.Secondly,the existing digital image trading platforms abroad were analyzed to identify the necessary functions of a digital image authorization trading platform.Then a survey was conducted targeting artists to assess their expectations regarding the functionalities of such platforms,aiming to provide reference pathways for constructing a digital image authorization trading platform for future creators or related practitioners.
