Study on Laser Coloring of TB2 Titanium Alloy Surface
In order to explore the relationship between parameters and colors,various colors on the surface of TB2 titanium alloy were produced by using different parameter combinations of laser.MOPA fiber laser with 1064nm wavelength and 60W maximum output power was used and its characterization parameters such as power,frequency,line spacing,scanning speed were changed during experiments.A variety of color samples including yellow,purple,and blue etc.were successfully obtained.Colored samples could be analyzed for color and visible spectrum using a spectrometer.A digital microscope was used to observe the surface morphology of colored samples.By analyzing the coloring effects and micro-scale surface morphologies of different color samples,the potential coloring mechanism was discussed.It provides certain reference significance for titanium alloy laser coloring processes.
