基于动应力-能量法电脑一体机运输包装应用研究

电脑一体机因结构形状上窄下宽、易损件较脆弱、附件多等特点,其运输包装设计过程中,易造成品质、成本、效率的损失.本研究针对某品牌电脑一体机的运输包装,基于缓冲包装材料最大加速度-静应力曲线,设计了一种直角梯形六面体运输包装方案,并进行了测试验证.实验结果表明,对于特殊形状结构产品的运输包装,采取与产品结构配型的体型设计,在运输空间节省上具有较大优势.本研究内容及方法可以为类似产品提供一套完整的适用于物流运输的包装设计解决方案辅以参考.
Study on the Application of Transport Packaging of All-in-One PC Based on Stress-Energy Method
Due to the All-in-One PC structural shape of narrow upper and wide lower,many accessories and vulnerable parts are fragile,which brings difficulties to the transportation packaging design,resulting in the loss of quality,cost,and efficiency.Based on the maximum acceleration-static stress curve of cushioning packaging material,a right angled trapezoidal hexahedron transport packaging scheme was designed which can meet the requirements of transportation packaging design,and the logistics transportation safety tests were carried out.The results showed that the body shape design of the product structure had great advantages in saving the transportation space.It is expected that the method and content of this study could provide a reference for a complete package design solution suitable for logistics transportation for similar products.
