耐摩擦助剂对水性油墨印刷适性的影响研究

摘要
为有效提升水性油墨的耐摩擦性能,本研究将152聚乙烯蜡乳液加入到水性油墨中,探究不同质量分数的152聚乙烯蜡乳液对水性油墨印刷适性的影响,并确定其最佳含量.通过对水性油墨的耐摩擦性能、防滑性能、热稳定性、光泽度、黏度、细度、pH值等性能测试与分析,研究发现152聚乙烯蜡乳液的加入可以提升油墨的耐摩擦性能和光泽度,但会降低防滑性能;当质量分数超过6%时油墨的耐摩擦性能提升不大,反而会降低光泽度并加快防滑性能的下降,同时其热稳定性也会变差.综合考虑各性能后,使用质量分数为4%~6%152聚乙烯蜡乳液配置的水性油墨印刷适性相对最佳.通过本研究可以为企业生产水性油墨提供可行的参考依据.
Abstract
In order to effectively improve the friction resistance of water-based inks,152 polyethylene wax emulsion was added to water-based inks in this study to investigate the effect of different mass fractions of 152 polyethylene wax emulsion on the printability of water-based inks and to determine its optimal content.The friction resistance,anti-slip property,thermal stability,gloss,viscosity,fineness and pH value of the water-based inks were tested and analyzed.It was found that the addition of 152 polyethylene wax emulsion can improve the friction resistance and gloss of the ink,but it will reduce the anti-slip performance.When the mass fraction of 152 polyethylene wax emulsion exceeds 6%,the friction resistance of the ink is not improve,but it's gloss will reduce and the decline of anti-slip performance will accelerate,and its thermal stability still is poor.After considering all the properties,the printability of water-based inks configured with 4%-6% 152 polyethylene wax emulsion is relatively optimal.This study can provide a feasible reference basis for producing water-based ink.
