摘要

为解决泥泥狗传播渠道闭塞的问题,激发泥泥狗传承活力,本研究提出一种泥泥狗APP界面设计方法.首先,以VOA理论为基础,获取用户需求,基于区间值模糊DEMATEl模型确定用户需求权重,之后运用FAST模型将用户需求转化为APP设计的功能构架.其次,确定APP的设计要素,通过正交实验确定设计因素的组合方式,结合功能构架建立高保真实验样本.接着邀请实验者从用户需求维度对实验样本评分,收集相关实验数据,并通过联合分析建立用户需求与设计因素之间的关系模型.最后,根据联合分析的结果确定最优设计方案,使用NPS理论验证优化设计结果.本研究可以有效获取用户对泥泥狗APP设计因素的偏好,提高用户体验,达到传播泥泥狗的目的.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of blocked communication channels of Clay Dogs and stimulate the inheritance vitality of Clay Dogs,a Clay Dog APP interface design method was proposed in this study.Firstly,based on the VOA theory,the user needs were obtained,the weight of user needs was determined based on the interval value fuzzy DEMATEl model,and then the FAST model was used to transform user needs into the functional architecture of APP design.Secondly,the design elements of the APP were determined,the combination of design factors was determined through orthogonal experiments,and high-fidelity experimental samples were established in combination with the functional framework.Then,experimenters were invited to score the experimental samples from the dimensions of user needs,relevant experimental data were collected,and a relationship model between user needs and design factors was established through joint analysis.Finally,according to the results of joint analysis,the optimal design scheme was determined,and the NPS theory was used to verify the optimal design results.This study can effectively obtain users' preferences for Clay Dog APP design factors,improve user experience,and achieve the purpose of spreading Clay Dog.
