摘要
推行包装印刷设备网络协同制造模式是促进产业转型和实现高质量发展的重要方法.为给企业实施网络协同制造模式提供操作框架和实践参考,本研究对包装印刷设备产业的现状和特征进行分析,基于现实案例,参考精益屋模型,提出了包装印刷设备网络协同制造模式的框架模型,并对包装印刷设备网络协同制造模式的实施所面临的困难和挑战进行分析.
Abstract
The implementation of the network collaborative manufacturing model for packaging and printing equipment is an inevitable choice to promote industrial transformation and high-quality development.In this study,in order to provide a description model for the collaborative manufacturing mode of packaging and printing equipment network,by analyzing the current situation and characteristics of the packaging and printing equipment industry,based on real-life cases and referring to the Lean House model,the framework model of the network collaborative manufacturing mode for packaging and printing equipment were put forward.The difficulties and challenges faced by the implementation of the collaborative manufacturing model for the packaging and printing equipment network were analyzed.
