透明质酸钠凝胶对新西兰兔盆腔粘连模型的防粘连作用

摘要
新西兰兔是常用于人体药效学试验的动物,它是一种非常理想的动物模型,广泛应用于医药学及生物学等领域的研究.为此,选用新西兰兔作为模型,进行医用透明质酸钠凝胶预防兔术后盆腔粘连的效果观察,结果表明对照组盆腔各器官的发病情况显著高于供试品组,提示医用透明质酸对预防兔盆腔粘连具有重要意义.
Abstract
The New Zealand rabbit is a commonly used animal species in human pharmacological experiments.It is a highly idealized animal model widely used in research in fields such as medicine and biology.For this reason,this study plans to use New Zealand rabbits as models to observe the effect of medical sodium hyaluronate gel on preventing postoperative pelvic adhesion in rabbits.The results show that the incidence of pelvic organs in the con-trol group is significantly higher than that in the control group,suggesting that medical hyaluronic acid is of great significance in preventing pelvic adhesion in rabbits.
