兔球虫重组蛋白卵黄抗体与功能性添加剂配套应用效果研究

选用体重相近的35日龄断奶新西兰肉兔250只,随机分成5个组,分别为对照组、试验1、2、3、4组,对照组添加Es-gap、Em-gm、Ei-ama卵黄抗体(各占1/3)1 g/kg,试验1、2、3组在添加上述3种复合卵黄抗体1 g/kg的基础上添加山华素0.5 g/kg、丁酸梭菌0.2 g/kg、苯甲酸2 g/kg,试验4组添加复合卵黄抗体1 g/kg、山华素0.5 g/kg、丁酸梭菌0.2 g/kg、苯甲酸2 g/kg,每组设5个重复,每个重复10只,分别饲喂对应日粮,并于42日龄人工感染攻虫.试验结果显示,试验4组在平均日增重、日采食量、成活率方面均显著高于其他组别(P<0.05),饲料报酬显著低于其他组别(P<0.05);ACI值判定标准为:对照组、试验1、2、3组均具有良好抗球虫效果,试验4组具有优秀的抗球虫效果.结论:Es-gap、Em-gm、Ei-ama复合卵黄抗体与山华素、丁酸梭菌、苯甲酸组合配套应用,可显著提高幼兔生产性能、卵囊减少数,ACI值判断标准为优秀的抗球虫效果.
Study on the Application Effects of Rabbit Coccidiosis Recombinant Protein Yolk Antibody Combined with Functional Additives
In this study,25035-day-old weaned New Zealand meat rabbits with similar body weight were random-ly divided into 5 groups:control group,experimental group 1,2,3 and 4.The control group was supplemented with Es-gap,Em-gm and Ei-ama yolk antibody(each accounts for one-third)1 g/kg.Groups 1,2 and 3 were supple-mented with Shanhuasu 0.5 g/kg,Clostridium butyricum 0.2 g/kg and benzoic acid 2 g/kg on the basis of the above three kinds of compound yolk antibody 1g/kg,and group 4 were supplemented with compound yolk antibody 1 g/kg,Shanhuasu 0.5 g/kg,Clostridium butyricum 0.2 g/kg and benzoate 2 g/kg.There were 5 replicates in each group and 10 rats in each replicate,and 42 days of age of artificial infected insect attack.The results showed that the average daily gain,daily feed intake and survival rate of group 4 were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to meat was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).The cri-teria of ACI value were as follows:the control group,test groups 1,2 and 3 had good anticoccidial effect,and the test group 4 had excellent anticoccidial effect.Conclusion:the combination of Es-gap,Em-gm and Ei-ama yolk antibody combined with Shanhuasu,Clostridium butyrate and benzoic acid can significantly improve the produc-tion performance and reduce the number of oocysts in young rabbits.ACI value judgment standard for its excellent ball insect resistant effect.
