福建省兔细菌性呼吸道疾病病原的分离鉴定

摘要
为明确福建省家兔细菌性呼吸道疾病的病原,对采集2020年1月至2023年12月福建省3个市6个兔场的867份呼吸道病死兔肺脏样品进行细菌的分离鉴定.结果表明:引起福建省家兔呼吸道疾病的优势病原菌为多杀性巴氏杆菌、支气管败血波氏杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,分离率分别为63.07%、32.00%和30.72%.这为福建省家兔细菌性呼吸道疾病的防控奠定了基础,也为国内外家兔细菌性呼吸道疾病的防控提供了参考.
Abstract
To determine the bacterial pathogens involved in the respiratory diseases of rabbits in Fujian,bacterial pathogens isolated from the 867 lung samples of 3 rabbit farms in three cities(collected from January 2020 to De-cember 2023)of dead rabbits with respiratory diseases were identified.The results showed that Pasteurella multo-cida,Bordetella bronchiseptica and Staphylococcus aureus were the predominant bacterial pathogens associated with the respiratory diseases of rabbits in Fujian,and the isolation rates of the three pathogens were 63.07%,32.00%and 30.72%,respectively.The results of the present study would helpful for the development of efficient vaccines and methods to prevent and control the bacterial pathogens associated with respiratory diseases of rabbits.
