为验证兔病毒性出血症二价口服疫苗(AN301,R301-1)饮水免疫的免疫效果,分别选择母兔和商品兔进行了饮水免疫1次,取免疫后7、14、21、28、42 d等时间点采集血清样品,并按照一定浓度梯度稀释后分别采用间接ELISA和阻断ELISA进行了RHDV1和RHDV2的抗体水平检测.结果显示,受试母兔免疫后14、28 d、产仔后7和14 d 期间RHDV1和RHDV2抗体效价都在1∶1 000~1∶8 000之间,抗体水平增加并趋于稳定;商品兔免疫7、14、28、42 d期间RHDV1和RHDV2抗体水平都在1∶1 000~1∶8 000之间,抗体水平增加并趋于稳定.说明兔病毒性出血症二价口服疫苗(AN301,R301-1)饮水免疫后可刺激母兔和商品兔产生相对稳定的RHDV1和RHDV2的抗体水平,为该疫苗的进一步推广应用提供了科学参考.
Determination of Immune Antibody Levels in Bivalent Oral Vaccine Against Rab-bit Viral Hemorrhagic Disease
To verify the effect of the RHD bivalent oral vaccine(AN301,R301-1)induced by drinking immunolo-gy,Female rabbits and commercial rabbits were respectively immunized with R301-1 once,Collect serum sam-ples at time points 7,14,21,28,and 42 d after immunization,After dilution according to a certain concentration gradient,the antibody levels of RHDV1 and RHDV2 were detected using indirect ELISA and blocking ELISA,re-spectively.The results showed that the titers of RHDV1 and RHDV2 antibodies were between 1∶1000 and 1:8 000 during the 14th,to postpartum 14 d after immunization of the female rabbits,and the antibody levels increased and tended to stabilize;During the immunization period of 7 to 42d for commercial rabbits after immunization,the lev-els of RHDV1 and RHDV2 antibodies were all between 1:1 000 and 1∶8 000,and the antibody levels increased and tended to stabilize,too.This indicates that the bivalent oral vaccine(AN301,R301-1)for rabbit viral hemor-rhagic disease can stimulate the production of relatively stable antibody levels of RHDV1 and RHDV2 in both fe-male and commercial rabbits after water immunization,this study provided scientific reference for the further pro-motion and application of the vaccine.
