Progress in Health Economics Evaluation of Robot-Assisted Gynecological Tumor Surgery

摘要
机器人手术系统作为新一代的微创手术系统,为妇科肿瘤学领域开展更精细、复杂的手术提供了良好的保障,优化了妇科肿瘤患者的临床疗效.然而,与传统腹腔镜或开腹手术相比,机器人辅助手术(RAS)的成本-效益引起了社会的广泛关注.本文聚焦国内外已发表的相关经济学评价证据,分析机器人辅助妇科肿瘤手术的经济学评价研究现状和热点,探讨目前相关研究存在的问题,并对未来发展方向进行预测,旨在为国内妇科领域手术机器人配置规划以及开展相关经济学评价提供决策和参考依据.
Abstract
As a new generation of minimally invasive surgical systems,robotic surgical systems provide good guarantees for more sophisticated and complex surgeries in the field of gynecological oncology and optimize the clinical efficacy of gynecological tumor patients.However,compared with traditional laparoscopic or open surgery,the cost-effectiveness of robotic surgery has attracted widespread attention from society.This article focuses on the relevant economic evaluation evidences published at home and abroad,analyzes the current status and hot spots of economic evaluation research on robot-assisted gynecological tumor surgery,and discusses the existing problems in current related research,as well as predicts the future development trend,aiming to provide decision-making and reference basis for the configuration planning of surgical robots and related economic evaluation in China.
