障眼明片治疗轻中度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效

摘要
目的 探讨障眼明片治疗轻中度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效.方法 选取 2020 年 1 月至 2022 年 8 月河南省人民医院(河南省立眼科医院)收治的86 例非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,以抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组43 例.对照组予以胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用障眼明片进行治疗.比较两组中医证候积分、视力变化、眼部血流动力学、新生血管荧光素渗漏面积与生命质量.结果 治疗后观察组中医证候积分、视力指标、新生血管荧光素渗漏面积低于对照组(P＜0.05),视网膜血管血流动力学指标、生命质量评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 障眼明片能够减轻轻中度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变程度,改善眼底血管血液循环,提高视力与生命质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of blind eye films in the treatment of mild and moderate non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 86 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital(Henan Provincial Eye Hospital)from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lot,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with Jiajian Ming tablets on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score,visual acuity change,ocular hemodynamics,neovascularization fluorescein leakage area and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score,visual acuity index and neovasculin leakage area in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05),retinal blood vessel hemodynamic index and life quality score were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Jieyan Ming tablets can reduce the degree of mild to moderate non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,improve the blood circulation of fundus blood vessels,and improve vision and life quality.
