盐酸氮卓斯汀联合氯雷他定治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的临床疗效

摘要
目的 探讨盐酸氮卓斯汀联合氯雷他定治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹(CSU)的临床疗效.方法 选取 2022 年 2 月至2023 年2 月于河池市第三人民医院皮肤科接受治疗的95 例CSU患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=48).对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,观察组采用盐酸氮卓斯汀联合氯雷他定治疗.比较两组症状积分、瘙痒视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、荨麻疹活动性评分(UAS)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及临床疗效.结果 治疗后,观察组症状积分、VAS评分及UAS较对照组降低(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组IgE、IL-4 较对照组降低,IFN-γ较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 盐酸氮卓斯汀联合氯雷他定治疗CSU,可有效改善症状,提高临床疗效,其机制与调控炎症反应及免疫失衡有关.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of azelastine hydrochloride combined with loratadine in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria(CSU).Methods Ninety-five CSU patients treated in the Dermatology department of the Third People's Hospital of Hechi City from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=48)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with loratadine,and the observation group was treated with azdrostine hydrochloride combined with loratadine.Symptom score,visual analogue scale of itch(VAS),urticaria activity score(UAS),immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,symptom score,VAS score and UAS in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,IgE and IL-4 in observation group were decreased compared with control group,and IFN-γ was increased compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Azdrostine hydrochloride combined with loratadine in the treatment of CSU can effectively improve symptoms and clinical efficacy,and its mechanism is related to the regulation of inflammatory response and immune imbalance.
