十味龙胆花藏药方剂的藏中医理论解析与优势病证探讨

摘要
十味龙胆花制剂上市20 年来,在国内应用广泛,由于其藏医和中医理论不够系统明确,尤其是其藏医理论研究目前仍未见任何报道,导致该制剂在高原以外区域使用受限.本文通过查阅十味龙胆花在中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、中文期刊全文数据库及中国生物医学数据库(CBM)文献以及《四部医典》《晶珠本草》等藏医药学典籍,深入阐释了藏药十味龙胆花制剂的藏中医理论,对产品组方和适应证进行详细描述,通过比较藏医与中医理论提出了未来研究和推广的优势适应证、阶段和人群,为下一步相关工作提供了思路,为完善该制剂的理论体系进行了有力补充.
Abstract
Shiwei Longdanhua(SWLDH)preparation has been widely used in China in the past 20 years.Due to the lack of systematic and clear theory of Tibetan medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,especially the lack of any report on theoretical research of Tibetan medicine,the use of SWLDH is limited outside the plateau.In this article,by referring to the literature on CNKI.com,Wanfang,VIP and Chinese biomedical database(CBM),and The Four Medical Tantras,Jing Zhu Materia Medica and other Tibetan medicine classics,the author elaborated the Tibetan medicine traditional and Chinese medicine theory of the preparation of SWLDH,and gave a detailed description of the product formulation and indications.The advantageous indications,stages and groups for future research and promotion of the theory of Tibetan medicine and traditional Chinese medicine were proposed,which is a powerful supplement to perfect the theoretical system of this preparation.
