PDCA循环优化下的卒中单元重症监护对脑卒中患者神经功能恢复及生命质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨PDCA循环优化下的卒中单元重症监护对脑卒中患者神经功能恢复及生命质量的影响.方法 选取2021 年1 月至2022 年12 月谷城县人民医院收治的102 例急性重症脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用掷硬币法将其分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=51).观察组予以 PDCA 循环优化下的卒中单元重症监护,对照组予以基础性急诊护理,比较两组神经功能恢复及生命质量.结果 护理前两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);护理前两组各项生命质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后观察组各项生命质量评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 PDCA 循环优化下的卒中单元重症监护可有效促进脑卒中患者神经功能恢复,改善生命质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of stroke unit intensive care under PDCA cycle optimization on neurological function recovery and quality of life in stroke patients.Methods A total of 102 patients with severe acute stroke admitted to Gucheng County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(n=51)and control group(n=51)by coin toss method.The observation group was given intensive care of stroke unit under PDCA cycle optimization,while the control group was given basic emergency care.The recovery of neurological function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).After nursing,the scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Stroke unit intensive care under PDCA cycle optimization can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the quality of life of stroke patients.
