血府逐瘀汤加减联合西医治疗对心血瘀阻型胸痹患者的临床疗效及心功能的影响

摘要
目的 探讨血府逐瘀汤加减联合西医治疗对心血瘀阻型胸痹患者的临床疗效及对心功能的影响.方法 选取2019年12 月至 2022 年 12 月经东台市中医院确诊并接受治疗的 74 例心血瘀阻型胸痹患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各37 例.对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组采用血府逐瘀汤加减联合西医治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心功能及中医证候评分.结果 观察组治疗有效率为 94.59%,高于对照组的78.38%(P＜0.05);治疗 4 周后,两组左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及左室射血分数(LVEF)均较治疗前有所改善,且观察组LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗 4 周后,观察组胸痛、心悸、气短评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 血府逐瘀汤联合西药用于心血瘀阻型胸痹治疗疗效显著,可有效改善心功能,缓解临床症状.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western medicine on patients with chest impediment of heart blood stasis type and its influence on heart function.Methods From December 2019 to December 2022,a total of 74 patients with chest impediment of heart blood stasis type diagnosed in Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western medicine.The clinical efficacy,heart function and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than 78.38%of control group(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,left ventricular systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in both groups were improved compared with before treatment,and LVEDD and LVESD in observation group were lower than control group,and LVEF was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of chest pain,palpitation and shortness of breath in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western medicine is effective in the treatment of chest impediment of heart blood stasis type,which can effectively improve heart function and relieve clinical symptoms.
