摘要
目的 探讨升阳益胃汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效.方法 选取 2022 年 2 月至 2023 年 1 月江阴市中医外科医院收治的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者124 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各62 例.对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用升阳益胃汤治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗有效率为95.16%,高于对照组的83.87%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组腹泻、腹胀、食欲不佳、腰膝酸软评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组生理功能、精神健康、社会功能、一般健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能以及精力评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对肠易激综合征患者采用升阳益胃汤治疗临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的中医证候积分、炎症因子水平以及疼痛感,提高生命质量以及睡眠质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome.Methods A total of 124 patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome admitted to Jiangyin Surgery Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.16%,higher than that of the control group(83.87%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of diarrhea,abdominal distension,poor appetite and waist and knee tenderness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,mental health,social function,general health,physiological function,physical pain,emotional function and energy of observation group were higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Shengyang Yiwei Decoction has significant clinical effect on patients with irritable bowel syndrome,which can effectively improve patients'TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor level and pain sensation,and improve patients'quality of life and sleep quality.
