补肺固本汤联合常规疗法对肺脾气虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗效果

摘要
目的 探讨补肺固本汤联合常规疗法对肺脾气虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗效果.方法 选取2021 年1 月至 2022 年 7 月乐平市中医医院收治的肺脾气虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者 90 例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各45 例.对照组予以常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合补肺固本汤治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,试验组第一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)水平更高(P<0.05);试验组咳嗽、咳痰、气促、喘息评分更低(P<0.05);试验组白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平更低,α1-抗胰蛋白酶(α1-AT)水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组症状严重程度及发生频率、症状引起的活动受限、对日常活动的影响评分更低(P<0.05).治疗后半年内试验组急性发作次数较少(P<0.05).结论 补肺固本汤联合常规疗法治疗肺脾气虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病,可有效改善患者肺功能,减轻症状,提高健康状况.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Bufei Guben decoction combined with conventional therapy on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung-qi deficiency type.Methods A total of 90 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with lung-qi deficiency treated in Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with bufei Guben decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)of experimental group were higher(P<0.05);The scores of cough,expectoration,shortness of breath and wheezing in experimental group were lower(P<0.05);The level of interleukin-8(IL-8)was lower and α1-antitrypsin(α1-AT)was higher in experimental groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The severity and frequency of symptoms,activity limitation caused by symptoms,and the impact on daily activities of the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).The number of acute attacks in experimental group was less in half a year after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bufei Guben decoction and conventional therapy can effectively improve lung function,alleviate symptoms,and improve health status in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung qi deficiency type.
