摘要
目的 探讨半夏泻心汤治疗脾胃虚弱型胃溃疡患者的疗效.方法 选取 2020 年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月于枣阳市中医医院治疗的118 例脾胃虚弱型胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组59 例.对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组采用半夏泻心汤治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组胃脘隐痛、喜按喜暖、纳差、食后胀闷、乏力及大便溏稀评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组白细胞介素 6(IL6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组胃泌素(GAS)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、胃动素(MOT)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 采用半夏泻心汤治疗脾胃虚弱型胃溃疡疗效确切,能有效改善中医证候积分,缓解炎症,使患者胃肠激素水平得以上升,降低不良反应发生率,安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on patients with gastric ulcer with spleen and stomach weakness.Methods A total of 118 patients with gastric ulcer with spleen and stomach weakness treated in Zaoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric dull pain,warm preference,poor appetite,distension,fatigue and loose stool in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of interleukin 6(IL6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin(GAS),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and motilin(MOT)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction is effective in treating gastric ulcer with spleen and stomach weakness,which can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score,relieve inflammation,increase the level of gastrointestinal hormone in patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have high safety.
