摘要
目的 探讨益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗死的效果.方法 选取 2020 年 1 月至 2023 年 4 月沈阳市第二中医医院收治的 98 例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组与观察组,各 49 例.两组均采用常规疗法治疗,同时常规组予以阿司匹林肠溶片、阿托伐他汀钙片、硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗,观察组在常规组基础上采用益气活血通络汤治疗.比较两组凝血功能指标、血液流变学指标、神经功能评分、日常生活能力、治疗有效性、不良反应.结果 治疗后,观察组活化部分凝血酶原时间、凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原优于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组低切全血黏度、高切全血黏度低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于常规组,日常生活能力评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率略高于常规组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 采用益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗死效果较理想,能够调节凝血功能,改善血液流变学指标,促进神经功能恢复,利于患者回归日常生活,且安全性较好.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction on cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety-eight patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Shenyang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy,while the conventional group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,atorvastatin calcium tablets,clopidogrel bisulfate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxuetongluo Decoction on the basis of the conventional group.Coagulation function index,hemorheology index,neurological function score,daily living ability,treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the activated partial prothrombin time,prothrombin time and fibrinogen in observation group were better than those in conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,low whole blood viscosity and high whole blood viscosity in the observation group were lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)in observation group was lower than that in conventional group,and the score of daily living ability was higher than that in conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was slightly higher than that in conventional group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction is ideal,which can regulate the coagulation function,improve the hemorheology index,promote the recovery of nerve function,and help patients return to daily life with good safety.
