Effect of Bevacizumab combined with Pemetrexed and Cisplatin on Cytokines and Immune Indexes in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要
目的 探讨顺铂、培美曲塞和贝伐单抗联合对非小细胞肺癌患者细胞因子及免疫指标的影响.方法 选取2021 年1 月至2022 年5 月山东省公共卫生临床中心收治的200 例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组 100 例.A组采用培美曲塞与顺铂治疗,B组在A组基础上加用贝伐单抗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 B组治疗有效率为73.00%,高于A组的 58.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,B组血管内皮生长因子A(VEGF-A)、血管内皮生长因子B(VEGF-B)、血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)水平低于A组(P<0.05);治疗后,B组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于A组,CD8+、Treg低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组不良反应发生率为 27.00%,高于A组的 22.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 顺铂、培美曲塞和贝伐单抗联合治疗非小细胞肺癌临床效果显著,有利于病情缓解,改善患者细胞因子水平、机体免疫功能,而且还能使不良反应发生率降低,具有可靠性及安全性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of combination of cisplatin,pemetrexed and bevacizumab on cytokines and immune indexes in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 200 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to the Public Health Clinical Center of Shandong Province from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into group A and group B according to random number table method,with 100 patients in each group.Group A was treated with pemetrexed and cisplatin,group B was treated with bevacizumab on the basis of group A,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of group B was 73.00%,which was higher than that of group A(58.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGF-A),VEGF-B(VEGF-B)and VEGF-C(VEGF-C)in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in group B were higher than those in group A,and CD8+ and Treg were lower than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 27.00%,higher than that in group A(22.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of cisplatin,pemetrexed and bevacizumab in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer has significant clinical effect,which is conducive to the remission of the disease,improving the cytokine level and immune function of patients,and can also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is reliable and safe.
